Tu Carta Digital makes QR menus, and makes them cheaply: their free plan doesn't limit dishes and their paid plan costs €7.95 per month if you pay annually. Q'aproveche costs more because it's not just the menu: it includes bookings, AI Order Pad, translation into 12 languages, POS and legal invoicing. If you only need the menu, they're the sensible choice and we'll tell you straight.
Q'aproveche is better if… your clientele is international and you need the menu in several languages, you want bookings without commission, or you need to invoice with IGIC. Also if you prefer your menu to have no third-party advertising.
Tu Carta Digital is better if… you only need a well-made QR menu, without bookings, without AI and without integration with your website. Their free plan has no limit on dishes, whereas ours does.
We say it because it's true. If any of these points is critical for your restaurant, Tu Carta Digital is the sensible choice and we won't tell you otherwise.

Setup plus fee, as each publishes their prices. Does not include commissions, which depend on each restaurant's volume — that's what the calculator below is for.
Compare carefully: our prices include taxes and Tu Carta Digital's are published without taxes included. On a figure without taxes you need to add the VAT or IGIC that applies to you, so the real difference is smaller than the table suggests.
The numbers come from what you enter. We don't save anything or send it anywhere: the calculation happens in your browser.

We will, but you're probably paying over the odds. If you really only need the menu and don't mind advertising, their free plan works for you. We make sense when languages, bookings, AI or invoicing come into play.
Because we don't sell the same thing. Their product is the menu; ours includes bookings, AI Order Pad, translation into 12 languages, floor POS and legal Veri*Factu invoicing. If you're not going to use any of that, the price difference won't be worth it for you.
Yes: they generate the menu as a PDF to print from the dashboard, and they cover sectors we don't touch, such as school canteens, beauty centres or physiotherapy.
