You can now take payments in your dining room from Q'aproveche. Until now we've supported you with the digital menu, bookings, reviews and AI Waiter. The missing piece was payments. Today we're launching the dining room POS, and it comes with something very few offer in Spain — legal invoice with Veri*Factu integrated, thanks to Kraakup.


A POS that works with your existing menu

You don't need to recreate your menu elsewhere: the POS uses the one you already have in Q'aproveche. Map your room once and start taking payments.

  • Visual table map. Place tables, bar and zones by dragging and dropping. See at a glance which table is open and for how much.
  • Touch order pad. Take orders directly from your menu, with modifiers and kitchen alerts.
  • Bill splitting and tips. Divide by diner or by items, and add tips by percentage or manual amount.
  • Clear receipt. With tax breakdown and sent to the kitchen display.


Cash control and staff management, hassle-free

Money balances when there's order. That's why the POS includes cash and staff control as standard:

  • Cash drawer opening, reconciliation and closing signed by the employee, with discrepancy detection.
  • Staff with PIN. Each waiter logs in to take payments. You know who made each transaction.
  • Role-based permissions. Manager configures; staff takes payments. Voids and discounts require authorisation.
  • Multiple POS terminals within the same venue: bar, terrace, dining room…


And here's the difference: legal invoice with Veri*Factu

Taking payments is easy. Invoicing properly, not so much. With Kraakup integration, every bill you close on the POS becomes a legal invoice and receipt with Veri*Factu: invoice number, unique identifier and QR code verifiable by the Tax Authority. All from the same screen.

  • IGIC, VAT or IPSI. Choose your tax, with IGIC at 7% as default for the Canary Islands.
  • Like a single app. From the POS you open Kraakup already logged in, no need to sign in again. There you have treasury, reports and accounting.
  • Peak-hour proof. If Kraakup doesn't respond during payment, the sale is recorded and sealing is retried. Service doesn't stop.
Veri*Factu, the Tax Authority's anti-fraud system, will be mandatory for businesses and self-employed between 2026 and 2027. With Q'aproveche and Kraakup you're ready from today.
